Walking Considerations
Walking is something that is taken for granted by most people. We are easily in a mindset of, since I am able to walk, that I must be doing it correctly. And when it comes to spending more time walking, going longer distances, varying speeds, etc., it becomes increasingly important that we are doing it more properly, thoughtfully, and being aware the things that might take an ordinary rejuvenating walk and make it more problematic.
