Retro walking is a great addition into a movement prep, dynamic warm-up routine or even as part of a training program to keep the system reciprocal and alternating.  For those familiar with principles of the Postural Restoration, this video discusses and demonstrates a great way to introduce some breathing specifics to be best able to counter the inherent pull of the stronger right diaphragm and help keep the role of the diaphragm primarily as a respiratory muscle and less as a postural muscle.
